Private Pilot

At Alpha Tango, you will be using the Jeppesen Private Pilot Training Program. Jeppesen is used all over the world. More people are learning to fly the Jeppesen way in our Cessna aircraft, and in fewer hours. Enrollment with Alpha Tango means that you can earn your Private Pilot’s Certificate in a minimum of 35 hours.

At Alpha Tango Flying Services we offer the best flight instruction available at the most affordable prices. We are here to serve you, the pilot, and help you achieve your goals in the minimum time possible.

For those of you interested in our Commercial/Instrument Course, we use Cessna 152, 172 and T172RG aircraft. Your flight training is conducted in the San Antonio Class C airspace which provides for the best training experience available in the most exciting flying environment.

To enroll, simply purchase the Jeppesen Commercial/Instrument Pilot Kit which includes all materials required to complete your training.

Payment method = Foreign student must make a deposit in advance and keep positive balance of $1000 in their flying account then monthly installments. Student’s training will stop if their account goes below $1000. Local student may pay as they go.

By using our Cessna 310 Multi-Engine Aircraft, you will learn to fly a “True” Multi-Engine Aircraft and experience the excitement of twin-engine flying.
